INTENSIVE INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT SERVICES (IISS)

Behavior Technicians work one on one with children and adolescents in the home or community, providing structured activities targeted at enhancing participants’ behavior. Activities targeted at enhancing the participants success are implemented by our Technicians.

ISS helps participants to

  • Improve ability to function and cooperate in the home and community
  • Reverse negative behaviors and attitudes Behavior Management Skills
  • Possess a sense of security and safety Life Skills Management
  • Increase development and Social Skills

OUR METHODOLOGY

MC will identify behaviors, develop Treatment Plans and implement goals and structured interventions based that will target improving socialization and communication skills that include the use of picture communication symbols and computer software communication programs, developing reading,

writing skills, color and sensor perception, promoting selfhelp skills to include activities of daily living and other forms of personal grooming and minimizing and/or eliminating inappropriate or maladaptive behaviors through the use of positive behavioral reinforcements.
