Through a person-centered planning, we support each person to reach their potential through positive recognition, community participation and partnerships with families.
Career Exploration
We help individuals with IDD identify career goals, gain essential skills, and find meaningful employment. Our individualized career counseling, hands-on training, and on-the-job support empower participants to achieve lasting employment success.
Nursing Support
Our compassionate nursing team delivers personalized medical support including medication management, health monitoring, and overall wellness care—ensuring each participant’s health needs are met with dignity and expertise.
Group Home Living
We offer a safe, supportive group home environment that promotes personal growth, independence, and a strong sense of belonging. Residents enjoy structured care in a nurturing atmosphere that feels like home.
Supported Living
Our Supported Living services empower individuals to live independently while receiving the assistance they need. We provide help with daily routines, community integration, and personalized care plans.
Personal Support
From assistance with personal hygiene and household tasks to community engagement, our Personal Support services provide the right level of help individuals need to lead fulfilling, independent lives.
Community Development Services (CDS)
Our Community Development Program promotes social participation and builds community connections through events, volunteer opportunities, and local initiatives.
